in my post i mention that ian shutdown my server by pressing the server button. since then we always keep an eye on him when he walks to prevent him from shutting down my server. actually i stick a piece of cardboard to cover the button. he did once a while try to flip over to take a look what is underneath it. however, at least without letting him see the "round... circle..." button, he did not attempt to press on it. so, i am kind of relief, thought that the problem has been resolved.
guess what happen today? i suddenly got a message stating that my server has been shutdown. but i don't see him pressing the button. how come? what happen? then i realize the main power is being switch off. he switch off the main switch (the plug)!! goodness... isn't this an improve version of his magic finger? that's why i name it version 2...
papa have been teaching him switching on and off the lights lately. each night when we bring him down to feed him cereal, we will let him turn on the lights. turn off when we bring him up after the feed. guess he is practising what have been taught...
