passport photo...

papa will be going for a training in singapore in august. papa is excited. he wants to bring ian along for his first trip. actually mama is worry. don't know whether anything will happen. don't know whether can handle when things happen. somehow the idea of first time is always scary. however we have planned a try out before we go for this trip. a one night stay in swiss garden hotel, kl on 2nd august, saturday. at least to try out for us at somewhere near so that we can get prepared or learn from mistake. also a try out for ian.

we will be travelling in plane. doctor said that during takeoff and landing, let ian drink juice/water. the idea is to let him swallow. the action of swallow will clear his ears (ears block due to the change in pressure). sucking pacifier might not help that much as he might just suck but did not swallow.

mama have been getting prepared to let ian pick up some other than home cook food. really work hard for this trip. let's pray that everything will be smooth. we are excited and at the same time worry.

ian need a passport to go to singapore. on saturday, we bring him to get his first passport photo. we are worry as ian will not be able to sit still. how to get his passport photo? there we go. the photographer ask me to sit and hold ian. he will edit to erase me from the photo taken. i hold ian in standing position for the shot. there it goes, ian's first passport photo.


(cute?? notice that his shoulder is a bit out of shape. why? i am holding him tied so that he won't move too much. end up that's the result. but still looks ok. cute...)

as usual, we are at mid valley. we took the passport photo in mid valley. nowadays, no more negative. all digital. if we want the soft copy, they will burn into cd and it cost rm5. to take a shot with 6 pieces of passport size photos it cost rm15. if we keep the soft copy and to redevelop for 6 pieces it cost rm12. so, we don't bother to keep the soft copy. not that we need that much.

we had lunch at bistro italiana, the garden. guess what? they actually give ian a set of bowl, cup and spoon. haha.. really funny. it happen that the bowl is the same as the one we had at home - ian's mickey mouse bowl. look at the little boy having fun with what he had.


(look at the naughty boy's face while putting his hand in the cup. notice papa's hand is in front? why? they put a layer of white paper and the naughty boy keep pulling it till everything in the table move. haiyo...)

as usual, he keep screaming during the lunch session. really paiseh...

we headed home after that as usual he did not really nap in the car on our way to mid valley. he ended up fall asleep in my arms and continue to sleep through when i put him to bed when we reach home.
